Swiggy - Charged 100 Cancellation Fee Even After Delivery Boy Cancelled My Accidental Order

I accidentally placed an order for Chicken Butter Masala and Garlic Naan from Hungrilla Restaurant. Within just one minute of placing the order, I realized my mistake and immediately tried to cancel it. However, I couldn’t find any customer support number, and the chatbot repeatedly showed that the order couldn’t be cancelled because the restaurant had already started preparing it.

I even contacted the delivery person and politely requested him to cancel the order, which he did. But now, Swiggy is charging me a cancellation fee of ₹*** — the full amount of the order.

I don’t think this is fair because it was an unintentional order, and I tried to cancel it within a minute.

genuinely didn’t mean to place this order, and ₹*** is a big amount for me.
