Yatra.com - Chargeback TAT 15 Days completed and not getting refund from yatra money reversed to yatra axis bank

I agree that refund processed from yatra on dated.**-**-**** but As per my bank confirmation. refund has been reversed to Yatra Axis Bank Account due to Axis Bank that since the funds were received after the chargeback TAT of ** days, the same has been returned to merchant.
