Dear support,
I have paid the amount of Rs.**** for * years free subscription in Jan'****. A lot of channels which were promised us to provide were not coming since the subscription. Now slowly the channels which were telecasted also disappearing one by one, when asked the same with the customer support, they ask me to upgrade the setup box from Reliance to Independent. I don't want to be a fool once again in their hand. So I want my money back or let them fix the setup box and disconnect it after completing * years period.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
