I have taken videocon HD pack for one year. But HD channels not coming and phone numbers cannot get through. No email and no reply from the company. Also called dish TV but they refuse to entertain videocon complaint.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
