My plan was activated for * years non-stop package in Telugu, which costs **** rupees for *-year non-stop package and ** rupees monthly charge for Telugu channels add on. My *-year nonstop package ends on the date **/**/****. On March *nd ****, dish tv changes my activated pack to another pack without any notice. I have suffered a loss of * more years subscription. Due to the loss is nearly ***** rupees {**** (*-year package cost) + **** (extra cost to pay coming * years)}.
As per TRAI rules (FAQ ** https://main.trai.gov.in/sites/default/files/FAQ_BnCS.pdf
"In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price/charges and without altering the other terms of subscription". I am attaching old package subscription proof and new package cost proof. Also given TRAI regulations link.
