This is regarding the numerous calls and a fruitless effort to change a simple reservation with your customer support people. The reason they are not able to change the tickets is the fact that they cannot price the tickets for change on a call.
The initial effort started almost a month ago where despite giving a travel window of ** days with any travel time they were not able to give the pricing on the call and requested a call back from a member. After numerous calls, someone finally called and gave me a price and while trying to change the tickets the call got disconnected. I called immediately and no one else was able to price that was quoted or the tickets for that matter. At the brim of frustration, I gave up calling Cleartrip anymore. This was a pre-pone of the tickets FYI
Recently, we decided that we would postpone the tickets until November and book new tickets for the immediate need. I called again and asked for the pricing to change it to November **,** or ** through any route and still, the guys said they are not able to pull the pricing. They promise a callback which never comes through and instead just an email asking to callback with no update on the email. She has called back only to go over the same things and dates over with * other guys who promise the same thing.
It is very surprising for a company with an online presence and ***+ employees you do have the facility to call an airline and get the pricing and resolve a simple issue. It feels like a joke that you cannot go out of the box to resolve an issue of a frustrated client. It also surprises that there is no manager present on the floor at night times at your customer service locations. It is very annoying that you guys have no system to write a proper email to give a proper update instead of asking a callback.
It is by far the worst product and customer service I received from a booking site. Looks like all the company cares about is taking the money and not bother to resolve any issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
