MY vi no *****XXXXX has the plan of ***, but this month when i receive my bill my plan is ***.
They changed my plan without my acknowledgment and if i call to customer care then they said that plan is changed by company, so in that case company has to pay my bill.
Also in a call with VI executive he said that i don't have any solution also we both disconnect the call, but after ending the call i received a message that your caller-tune service has been deactivated.
I don't know why these guys are playing with me. Everything is recorded in their IVR and they have no confirmation from my side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
