As I was undergone for lifetime free rental [one time charges] plan a *** by payment of Rs. ***/- on September **** now,

Company has informed by their SMS at *.** pm on **- *-**** and on dt.: *-*-**** at *.** pm that from dt.: **-*-**** migrating my connection to a new plan of the red plan (monthly rental Rs. ***/-) which I can not afford/accept because of limited usages. For which I already made a complaint vide their service registration no.: ********* on dt.: **-*-**** at *.**pm and same was attended by Mr Sagar on **-*-****, but they are refused to continue my old plan a***.
**. Also please note that they also discontinue my service of caller id and asking for additional charges of Rs. **/- monthly since September ****. My humble request your good self to do the needful as legitimately way as following.
{a} Restore my continuing old service lifetime free rental plan for which I already paid an amount of Rs. ***/- i.e. A*** plan.
{b} Also restore my caller id service which was forcefully stop since September ****.
