Jet Airways India - Change of flight date
PAWAN SHUKLA filed complaint against Jet Airways India on Jan 28, 2019
My flight ticket which was supposed to be booked on *rd feb **** has been mistakenly booked on *th feb **** by the jet airways customer service agent (find the attachment and audio clip). As appreciable from the audio clip, I stated very clearly to the customer agent to book the ticket on *rd feb ****, full audio clip of the entire conversation has also been attached.
I already addressed my issue to jet airways almost ** times since **Jan**** but no response has been received till now, either the customer agent ask for another **hr to solve the issue or simply he/she cuts the call.
Iam really fed up of calling jet airways.Iam worried that the seat may get filled for *rd Feb flight before my issue is resolved and it's very important for me to reach Raipur on *rd feb itself.
Kindly look after the issue and reschedule my flight to *rd Feb **** with same departure time as of the last ticket.
Atleast somebody help me.
