Flipkart - Change in owner's name of invoice

I gifted a Nokia phone to my friend and I bought it from Flipkart in my name. As it was bought by me the invoice carries my name and not of my friend's. But as it is essentially required by my friend to get her name in the invoice in place of mine I requested Flipkart to issue me a new invoice with a change in name as she will require her name on it for insurance purposes but Flipkart isn't cooperating. I shouldn't have purchased it from Flipkart. I feel so bad now as that change was really required.
