Im Jaydip Shah. I bought Hyundai Aura CNG model from V-Tex Hyundai. So theres a strange sound is coming from my cars steering. So today I went to V-Tex Hyundai to check it out that whats happening with my cars steering and I gave them my car and your employee who services the cars. He damaged my cars bonnet. I dont know why he did this but its not good for me as a consumer and for the company too. We consumers trusts you that if anything happens to our cars well give you without any hesitation we believe that you are here to help us if anything happens to our car youre here for the service. But here your employees are breaking our trust and damaging our cars instead of being serviced.This is not good. I didnt expect this from a company like Hyundai. And theres no CCTV cameras in the passage where the second hand cars are being parked. If someone park their car at the place where the second hand cars are being parked and if someone from outside came and damaged the car then who is responsible for that? And in your entrance side where the security guard sits theres no CCTV cameras if due to any reason if the guard go somewhere and someone else comes from outside and damages the cars then who is responsible for that? And inside your showroom theres no proper CCTV camera setup. I hope its gonna fix soon.
