Today I went to Reliance Smart Bazaar,Rink Mall Darjeeling,there i pick a *kg packet of Ashirbaad Atta and went to cash counter.I asked Cashier to make bill and gave him ***/- one note of ***/- and another one of fifty both the notes were good enough incondition to accept but cashier denied me to accept that note.After that i gave him *** then again he is saying me to wait for * hour.Is this is the service Reliance Smart providing to the Customers.And that guy proudly said me my name is Raja kishor Saha..do what you can do you have to wait for * hour.After that i somehow got the number of Store Manager and he told me dat he will solve the issue and asked me to go inside and take my money back and purchase the thing for that i went there.But my question is that the training Reliance Smart is giving to their customer service providers.At last a guy name Passang helped me and I purchase the product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
