Milkbasket - Cashback Promotion not fulfilled

Milkbasket advertised that on signing up, money spent on first * days will be returned as cashback (upto ₹***). On asking for the cashback on *th day, they simply refused by saying that I had not applied the coupon while signing up, whereas I did. On threatening them with the name of consumer court, they said that cashback will be credited by next day. However no cashback has come yet, and all messages post this are being ignored.
