Reliance Digital - Cashback offer not gven

I had seen an offer of Rs.**** instant cashback on American Express Cards on purhcases of above *****,during Dhanteras. Accordingly I had purchased a Samsung Mobile phone worth ***** from Reliance Digital Asansol store. Initially they were not aware of the offer and tried to continualy mislead me with wrong information then after much delay they asked me to pay the full amount and promised that the cashback amount would be credited later as they have some backend issue. But now they are claiming my card is not eligible for the offer without providing me with exact details.
I would like to press damages as well as interest for the period till I receive the cashback in addition to the amount of Rs.****.
