I ordered a new mobile phone from tatacliq website on ** October **** with some discount and offer on exchange with my old mobile phone. Discount was flat and was deducted from payable amount of the order. But the amount for exchange with old mobile phone is substantial for me which is around Rs.**** which hasn't been credited to me yet which as per tatacliq should be received in my account by *-* November ****.
This is total fraud from their side as they cheated me on Rs.**** despite everything being mentioned about order regarding discount and casback.
This is a huge loss for me financially and as a customer in the credibility of tatacliq. I want my issues to be resolved by earliest as I have been calling their customer service center for over a week now and still haven't received any proper response from their side.
Kindly help me with this.
