Amazon - Cashback not received

Rohit Nahata filed complaint against Amazon on Jan 30, 2018

I pre-ordered an Iphone * plus on **nd Sept, **** with order_id#***-*******-*******. As per the terms and conditions of the offer running on their site the order was eligible for the cashback.
I waited for more than ** days but didn't receive any money.
So I contacted amazon and followed up with them for almost a month and every time there was a new story from there side.
I have a mail confirmation as well stating the offer is eligible for the cashback.
Even on call, multiple times their representatives confirmed that order is valid for cashback.
But the issue is not yet resolved.
I am herby attaching the invoice of the order, screenshot of account statement and confirmation mail from amazon.
