Mayank Shrivastava filed complaint against Samsung on Dec 25, 2021
I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator in Oct - **** from samsung.com (estore) through * month EMI on my HDFC credit card ending ****.
As per the promotional offer, **.*% cashback should be credited to my card account within ** days from the expiry of the offer. The offer was valid till **-Nov-**** so it's more than ** days now, but I did not received the cashback in my card account.
From last * months, I have given lot of emails to resolve the issue. But they failed to credit the cashback even after my final reminder.
Subsequently, I filed complaint in National Consumer Forum in Oct-****. Samsung has replied to the forum that cashback will be credited by **-Nov-****. But they have failed again.
Thiskind of lethargic and negligent attitude was not expected from a giant organization like Samsung.
