Ola Cabs - Cashback not fulfilled

So today i am expressing my concern on ola acronym to fraud. The incident took place on ** Nov ****,where i booked a cab and the net amount to be paid was rs **.After the ride the amount shown was rs ***.In addition i would like to tell that their costumer service is the most fraudlent and impolite. I contacted them multiple time and got different excuses but the common thing was them saying sir dont worry we will do cashback as soon as possible. The cashback is not done and i am really frustrated on the scam this company and their driver are running and hope to teach them a lesson..
