I ordered meal from one of the reputed (now worst for me) restaurant on ** Nov ****. My order id **********. I received incorrect order. I dropped a mail to zomato customer care right away and they also accepted that the order is incorrect. After that they provided me coupon code, instead of that I asked them to give me money back in my actual payment mode or in Zomato wallet. they agreed to send it in zomato wallet. But even after a week there is no progress. Everyday i send a mail, and receive a same reply to wait for **-** hours. I am tired of this behavior.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
