Zebpay - Cash Withdrawal

I am not able to withdraw my money from Zebpay wallet. I had placed the withdraw order on **th of Jan'****, it's been * months, still money is not credited in my bank account. Zebpay is fooling people and not providing proper solution to the issue. They are Frauds.
