Kotak bank - Cash Deposit Machine detained my money

I was going to put money in my kotak account through the Cash Deposit Money. *****/- as required for hospital emergency having a cancer chemo theropy in family and required money to be transfered in the hospital urgently. But the machine took the money and said transaction Timed Out, your money has been retained. i approached the branch and called the customer care but they say that they can raise a complaint for the same, but will take three working days.
I have a chemo therapy to do on urgent basis and cant wait that long explained the same to the official there and also on the contact center. But they have also told us to wait for * days to * days. Now is it my fault that the transaction has timed out and who will bare the consiquences of the chemo therapy delayed in my family. Please help me and suggest what should be done. I am scared it was my hard earned money and require it for a really important reason
