M Senthil Kumar filed complaint against Kotak bank on Aug 12, 2021
My Car Loan no. CF******** is integrated with ECS with my Citibank and funded enough. ECS is not functioning properly from the Kotak side. I have been penalized every month, even after supplying the bank statement with fund availability. Kotak charging as check bounce and messing my credit score, Called customer care .ref *-***********. No one is addressing. Is there a way to change my Car loan banking?
