Kotak bank - Bank Deducted the amount from my saving account

Me Sana Shakir have a saving account in Kotak Mahindra Bank (Account No. **********) from last * or * years. Bank deducted Rs **,***/- from my account as a non maintenance charges with any notice or information. When I went to the branch Mr. Amit the branch head misbehaved and did not give me correct information and also did not help me. I need my money back & also i want to close my account . & Also need a apologist letter from the branch head Mr Amit.
