Dear Sir,
My name is Charanjeet Singh.
I booked a flight from New Delhi to Hyderabad on **th January **** from www.yatra.com
Flight details:-
(Indigo *E-*** airlines) : New Delhi – Hyderabad on *st February **** - Departure
(Indigo *E-*** airlines) : Hyderabad – New Delhi on *st February **** - Return
Yatra.com Booking reference number: - **** **** ****
Indigo Airlines Booking reference number :- GCKMTP
Indigo Airlines Numeric Booking ID :- ************
Due to some unforeseen reason I need to cancel my ticket.
I have spoken with Yatra.com support officer at ***********, they deducted
Ticket cost paid is ****/- , Paid me after cancellation :- Rs ****/- (Deduction approx.. **%) for no reason.
Indigo airline is eating our hard earned money sitting on their relaxing chairs. Kindly do not buy any ticket from them.
They are doing fraud with their customers.
I need complete refund of my booking as I have intimated Indigo and Yatra immediately about this fraud after buying the ticket online and flight details are quite far away that is on *st February ****
