Hyundai - Careless repair Insurance fraud

Hi Team,

I had claimed insurance on accident repair of my car Hyundai Creta.
As per the damage below are the repair works required:
*. Change of the rare door due to major damage
*. Rare flaring plastic change

After multiple follow ups the service executive as not done any due diligence
With the repair.
Improper painting and dents are found on the rare door change.
