i have taken the annual package for servicing my car ameo via gomechanic on *th march ****. Once the car reached the garage, supervisor insisted to replace various parts worth approx Rs. *****. Total bill amount was Rs ***** including the annual service package. Since then i run around ****km and i got it inspected my vehicle today at VW authorized service center to verify if the necessary parts as bill by gomechanic has been replaced/serviced or not ?
It is found with proof that brake liner was not replaced, skimming of rear drum was not done, Radiator cleaning was not done, air filter was not replaced,fuel filter( petrol) not replaced, cost of brake was higher by Rs ****, Wheel cylinder not replaced and ac filter not replaced. Total additional amount charged for above parts is approx Rs **** and i doubt on other work/parts as well. VW has advised me to do complete annual service including other necessary parts which needs to be replaced and this will cost me around Rs *****.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
