I have booked Tata tigor car at marigold motors bhandup on **th April with an amount of rs.****.
**%Car loan passed through icici bank bhandup branch and dd disbursed to marigold motors on **th May ****
After repeated calls to dealer there is no feedback as to when car will be delivered
Came to know from outside sources that marigold motors has defaulted and they are in no position to deliver cars.
From *th June my emi starts.
I don't know how and when car will be delivered
