Nobroker com - Car not delivered

I have booked nobroker packers and movers service for shifting my car from Pune to Jharkhand. While booking they promised me it will be delivered in *-* days and it will be shifted in closed container throughout the period. But its been almost ** days and I have not received my car and even Fastag deduction is happening from my car. Moreover to that I came to know that my car was dispatched after ** days from Pune because of Fastage deduction and between these time nobroker team were giving me false update that your vehicle is on the way and this this location it had reached. Even after that from last three days they are telling that your car had reached destination but we are not able to deliver because of unavailability of driver and when I asked location for pickup then they told it hadnt reached destination. Through all these I had to take rental car for travelling and I suffered a loss of approx *****
