Zoomcar India Private Limited - Car not available yet the full amount is charged

I had booked Zoom Car at Goa from **th Dec to **th Dec'**. The car was not available at site and the nos provided were not reachable. Further though I have raised a support ticket with Zoom there has been no response. The fees for the rental have already been charged in advance.
