Maruti Suzuki - Car manufacturing defect

On *rd March, *:** am we were going for Shiv puja to Nirmal Nagar Jainpally with my family and friends (total * people) and I was driving. Suddenly I took a left on Keesara road and there is a speed breaker came in between at that time my car was around **- ** km per hour at max and some sound came from below car and by the time I lost my control and somehow car stopped there in the middle of the road, luckily there was no vehicle behind hence we all are safe. When we came out and saw my starring rod was broken and couldn't control my right tyre and both front tires were in the opposite direction. It was a life-threatening incident for all of us when I have spoken many other car owners they said it's a manufacturing defect and even towing guy also said the same that this part can't be broken like this in such a small breaker, this part must be a duplicate one. This is just a * months old car how can such a thing happen to it? Then I lodged the complaint to murti roadside assistance dept they charged me around ****/- only immediately then they have sent a towing vehicle after almost * hrs. I am attaching all the images of my vehicle here in this mail for your reference. I request you to please look into this matter immediately and take action regarding the same or whosoever are involved in this quality check process. I and my wife and * other my friend's life were at risk. Now I don't believe the quality of this car hence I will not be using this car anymore and request you to please replace the car with a new car along with a life threating compensation of rupees ** lakhs for keeping * humans life at risk. I am expecting the reply on this within *-* days time or else I will have to think of other legal proceedings.
Today (**th March ****) I received a call from Maruti and they said they can't give a new car nor they will give any compensation for the same. Hence I am writing here in this public forum, request you all to help me in this situation and how to proceed further. You can mail me personally at Anurag.kesarwani*@gmail.com
