Hyundai india - Car Delivery Issue

I have booked a Hyundai Creta SX model through Index Automotive Solutions Pvt Ltd in MiraRoad on **th October, ****. However till date we have no delivery confirmation and there is no allotment of car which has been made under my name whatsoever.
There has been considerable delay in allotment of the car without any confirmation or documentation and now I have paid the entire money and will be charged ***** EMI and I would be paying that without owning a car.
