i have given my car service and dent repair to pr hyundai dealer in lucknow on **th december. work was of * days but i received my car after ** days in which the number plate was broken and bumper had scratches. after following up for *.* months on why this happened, they told my car met with accident by them inside pr hyundai service center. now one is replying from pr hyundai on what is damaged and all. on top that they have claim rs. **,*** from they insurance without informing me. this came to know from hyundai service app history. now its been * months and they stopped picking up my phone. after all of this i am mentally exhausted so i am reaching out to you for help.
