worst dealing hyundai:not received my permanent number/rc for my new car more than one month
I recently purchased new car(elite i** ) on *-dec-**** from dealer-> raj hyundai-malviya nagar ,from sales consultant name-mr nishant chaudhary and komal dhawan. till today's date which is ** Jan-****(which is more than * month of time now), they have even not applied my permanent registeration number ,due to this i am unable to receive permanent number/rc for my car . I multiple times try to reach their agent nishant chaudhary who doesnot pick my phone always. so i am unable to get the status for the same. as i have taken loan from sbi bank and i need to submit copy of rc within ** days after delivery of the car to sbi bank so if i am not getting the rc from your side within ** days then sbi bank will put a late fee charge on me and it will be loss to me sadly speaking. These people are taking very much casually to my phone calls and status update + non responding behaviour always .
