I booked a cab from ola in advance because I had to proceed to railway station for catching a train. The occasion was crucial and no other means was available. The cab was scheduled at *:** am. At the end moment the driver refused to pick up and when booked another cab it was again cancelled by the driver. I somehow managed to reach the stn in time. It costed me around *** rs, a lot of difficulties and unnecessary tension as I was along with a lady with some health issues and one more person. I want some action to be taken ASAP.
