Nykaa.com - Cancelled without my permission

I ordered a product in offer. Due to courier issue it is returned and now they are not providing me with my products. It's not my problem..! If courier issue they must resend it.. they said order fresh but without offer...! And each assistant replies diffrnt...! one says product returned to warehouse, one says not returned.. one says returned due to client instruction ( but I was not been reached even once it's a big lie) one says not due to client instruction.
