I had booked * tickets through travolook on **th Jan ** with REF*********, REF*********- these both tickets were cancelled on the same day but I have not received the refund yet. With REF*********- this ticket shows confirmed with travolook however when I checked with in the airline website it is cancelled there. When I called the customer care they are saying that the airline cancelled the ticket not they. they still have it confirm in their site which makes no sense. The airlines have confirmed that the refund has been initiated to the agency but the agency is not ready to refund the amount back to the customer. Please help me get back my money. This is a fraud website.
