Travolook - Cancelled ticket amount not returned Ticket ref no is

K Shankar filed complaint against Travolook on Feb 27, 2022

Ticket was cancelled by their technical team saying technical error and refund would be initiated and takes * to ** working days.
But its been more than ** working days, when i called them, they have said again * more working days to get refund. When mailed too, they didn't even reply the same and started to say that they refund to their own wallet. But responded with big NO. I asked them to credit to the source mode(i.e., credit card) or furnished my account number also. And there was no reply for this too. Please solve the problem
