Decorpot interiors - Cancelled the interior order due to excess charges after paying booking amount

I have booked a home interior service from decorpot Bangalore, but after making advance payments and site visits they exceeded the quote by * lakhs. I requested them to cancel the booking and refund my booking amount which the sales person said initially was refundable but it's been */* months they are not responding on the same.
