Decorpot interiors - Refund

Hi Team,

I am writing this email to inform you guys that I would like to have refund of the amount that was paid . In Total we paid **k.

The reason for cancelling the order is because the rate is way too high compare to what i am getting outside. Below is the detailed scenario that i would like to share with you.

On **th Aug , that was the *st day wherein we went to Decorpot and at that time we were pleased with the information that was shared by your representative and because of which we paid **,***/- . There were some basic size taken by the representative named Diyaa.

Later on designer was assigned to me named Sakshi Agarwal. She is amazing . She came to site visit and also she shared the images and everything with me , no complaint about anything and she is good at work. Before Masking we another paid *****/- and then the final quotation was shared with us in which the amount that was previously promised and latest one that was shared there was a huge difference. I agree that there are some things that we added and there are some things we removed also but the budget was way too high.

Hence we have now decided to cancel our booking . I know that we have paid **k and it’s just that we need the money back . I am not at all ready with going with minimum Order value . So I am requesting u guys to please call me on my number which is **********.
