Decorpot interiors - Incompetent decorpot to finish work

I am filing this complaint against Decorpot for deficiency in service, delay in execution, and unfair trade practice.

I entered into an agreement with Decorpot for complete home interior work. As per the agreement and discussions, the project was promised to be completed by ** Dec ****. Based on this assurance, I paid an advance amount of ₹ *******.

However, even after repeated follow-ups:
• The project has not been completed within the committed timeline
• There has been no proper communication or accountability
• Deadlines were repeatedly extended without written confirmation
• My advance money is blocked, causing financial and mental stress
• I am unable to plan my house possession due to their delay

Despite multiple calls, messages, and follow-ups, Decorpot has failed to deliver the services as promised. This has caused me significant inconvenience, mental harassment, and financial loss.

Their actions clearly amount to:
• Deficiency in service
• Misrepresentation of timelines
• Unfair trade practices under Consumer Protection Act, ****

Resolution Sought

I request the following resolution:
*. Immediate completion of the pending work within a clearly defined and written timeline
OR
*. Full refund of the advance amount paid, along with compensation for delay and harassment

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to pursue the matter further through legal remedies and consumer court.

I request Voxya to kindly intervene and help resolve this issue at the earliest.
