Swiggy - Cancelled the food order

I and my team we were hungry so we decided to order biryani from Swiggy at late night around *:** Am on **-**-****. We ordered and we waited until the expected delivery time which was at **:** Am and when the delivery time approached the Delivery boy called and said I can't deliver your order, your location is in the village bla bla bla... So I contacted Swiggy team to provide resolution for the issue. The swigg team asked me whether I want replacement or refund and I opted for Replacement as we are hungry we were waiting for food, the swigg team said we will replace the order and then he said sir Due to technical issues your order is cancelled and can't be replaced. And at this time all the restaurants in the range of ** Kms were closed. I asked them for food instead of refund but they kept apologizing they said the replacement is not possible. And they said they will provide a compensation of *** rupees coupon which cannot be clubbed with any other coupon. And they when I tried to order from other restaurant then the order value was around *** so I asked them to pay the extra amount other than the previous order's bill but they refused.
