Mamaearth - Cancelled my order because I order 12 items in OMG offer

I order Mamaearth Body wash for babies.
I order ** items in OMG Buy * Get * Free offer.
I have * babies in home and so for both * - * separate thinking I don't have to worry for next *-* months.
I orderd on ** Feb and delivery date was ** Feb. But till ** Feb order was not delivered so I called customer care.

Customer care - Order is cancelled because they think it is bulk order. I cannot make such bulk order.
Customer care - Said * bottles are enough for *-* months.

I don't understand who is he to say me this.

If you are so concerned about bulk orders then you should have stop customer on the order page itself.
You should have blocked there saying can't add more than a given limit number of items.
This company does not even care to update its customer that the order is cancelled and then initiated my refund.

This is an hopeless company. What should I conclude here, I think they wanted to earn some interest on my money for * days so they did not updated me via call or email. Eithicly it is not the good practise. Grow up guys.
