Giva jewellery - Cancelled my order and not refunded the money paid by gift card

I had ordered for jewelry on the Giva website and after one week they had cancelled my order. After contacting their customer care, they gave lane excuses for cancellation and said raised refund request on **April ****- Refund initiated: Rs. **** for GIVA order no #GI*********. You will receive it within the next * business days.
But nothing is done till date. I want to call this brand for online shopping fraud
