I had ordered a external hard drive on ** January **** on amazon india for ****rs for my friend.
After some time the order got cancelled . When i contacted the customer service they told me that the item was out of stock. so i next day on ** nd
I ordered the same product and emailed amazon customer service stating if any problem with that order too,got a reply from them that the item will be successfully delivered by date and they said they had confirmed with the seller . I trusted them and contacted my friend and said the item will reach in time so he paid me rs ****.
Then the very next day item again cancelled by amazon for no reason. They cheated me , now when i called the customer care they told me to buy the same item for **** rs . So i have to pay **** rs more . So i understood that they cheated me by giving those offers and claiming they will give the product. After that they told me to give ***rs compensation and thats all.Till now i did not get it. I felt shame when my friend asked me if i am also cheating him by telling him that it was available for ****rs.
Now he felt that i cheated him.They have removed both order details from amazon account .
I need the product for the same price or i need compensation for the loosing dignity . Amazon cheated me twice and their customer support told me lie stating that they have everything fine and under control.
The proof of orders (screen shot) and the email from the representative is attached with this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
