I have booked an Air-India ticket from Ranchi to lucknow on **th of May via GoIbibo website. The flight got cancelled amd I received a message from Air India that I am eligible for a full refund. Its been more than a month now. I have mailed both Goibibo team and Air India about my refund. Do not receive a single mail from goibibo, I have sent like ** mails. From Air India I recieve mail that I am eligible for full refund but I need to contact Goibibo. Somehow after multiple tries I got a response fron Goibibo over twitter where the replied that they have received no such info from Air India and I need to contact Air India team. I have sent several mail to Air India telling them Goibibo's reply but both the company just keep pushing me to other without any solution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
