My Delhi to Srinagar and Srinagar back to Delhi flight tickets ( indigo and spicejet ) was cancelled by the airline due to covid. The airline had initiated the refund and same has been already credited with travel agency Travolook as confirmed by both Indigo and spicejet back in the month of June ** itself. The credited amount is with Travolook and they have not released the refund to me till not. It has been more then * months now. I have sent multiple mails and given innumerable calls to thier customer care without any success. Everytime they assure me that my amount will be credited in a week's time. But they have not done.
Travolook Booking refrence id: REF*********.
Despite confirming multiple times that my refund will be intimated Travolook has not done it yet. I request this complaint to be registered.
