Goair - Cancelled flight No refund

My flight in June was cancelled by Go Air and I want the refund.
The PNR was
EFTSSB. I have written several emails to feedback@goair.in, and nodalofficer@goair.in and also Called customer care- wait time is more than half an hour. and no one attends the call.
I am totally disgusted with GOair service.
