Indigo Airlines - Cancelled flight amount not refunded

I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Belgaum on May ** Thursday **** . The flight was cancelled from your their end but they are telling they wont refund money to bank account but refund credits which should be used within * year. I do not book flight generally. I booked flight as it was an emergency.

If I had cancelled from my end I would have accepted your conditions but your customer care team is refunding credits which i have to forcefully use within * year.

Because of them I have faced lot of problems to make arrangements for my journey. I am jobless since * months I was stranded at relative's home since * months and had tough time arranging money for flight but Indigo is indirectly snatching away my money by not giving me my money .
