VENUGOPAL S K filed complaint against Air India on May 29, 2020
I have booked Air India flight AI-**** , PNR is Z**FB , booking ID:NF**************, E-ticket number:***-**********, I tried for web checking with self health declaration and never issued e boarding for the same, due to Covid ** the flight has been cancelled by Air India without any information. From **th-**th May**** I tried to reach Air India customer care through phone call and mails but till now nobody has turned up ,thereafter I tried to reschedule the ticket issued by Air India and the site is not responding . Being a more responsible person (General Manager) of a firm I had lost many business meetings with prior appointment. I am filing to get compensation for the time as well as money loss, physical and mental strains I had undergone because of the negligence of AIR INDIA.
