Ajio - Cancelled and return product refund is not yet credited to my account

I have ordered some products from ajio app during the date **th July ****. One product cancelled due to delay and some products returned due to size issue from ** July ****. there is no respond to the cancellation product to ajio app and the customer service. and the return product refund is not credited to my account. The worst experience I have ever seen due to online shopping.
